The new production by JV & Team deals with desire as an existential condition of human being. Inspired by Denis Diderot’s dialogical novel “Jacques the Fatalist and his Master”, in which the servant binds his master to himself by telling love adventures, we question how desire is dealt today in a neoliberal, enlightened and consumer society.
