Falling into Space II

After the exchange stay of Stefanie Schwimmbeck at the Trisha Brown Dance Company in New York in the winter of 2018/19, the movement research FALLING INTO SPACE AND GESTURES COMING OUT was born. Learned principles and qualities were newly researched and questioned. This was followed by the commissioned work ZU TANZEN GLAUBEN – a dance parcour to the genesis along the Holy Mountain of the Andechs Monastery near Munich in July 2019, in which the research with five dancers as source material was used and further developed. For Barnes Crossing in December 2019, a duet with excerpts from the past work will be shown.
